Saya akan jelaskan tentang satu kaedah rawatan DIY untuk tingkatkan 
peluang hamil. 
Kos jauh lebih murah dari IUI dan peluang hamil hampir sama.

Ada beberapa kaedaan yang menghalang kehamilan berlaku akibat dari kegagalan 
benih suami masuk kedalam rahim.

1. Kegagalan persetubuhan. Jangan terkejut masih ada pasangan yang gagal 
melakukan persetubuhan walaupun setelah beberapa tahun berkahwin  
Bukan tidak ada keinginan atau keghairahan tapi isteri ada phobia atau ketakutan 
setiap kali mencoba bersetubuh. Ada wanita yang masih dara selepas 6 tahun kahwin.

2. Lemah tenaga batin khususnya pihak suami atau 'mati pucuk' dan tidak bolih melakukan 

3. Suami sering mengalami 'premature ejaculation' dan tidak bolih masukkan benih dalam 
faraj isteri. Air mani tumpah diluar.

4. Suami ada kecacatan saluran air dimana muncungnya terbuka dipangkal bukan 
dihujung batang zakar (hypospadias)

5. Suami terlalu letih dan tidak terdaya melakukan persetubuhan sedang isteri subur 
(ovulation) . Tapi bolih keluarkan air mani cara paksaan (mastubation)

6. Benih suami kurang bilangan, kurang pergerakkan dan kurang yang bentuk normal.

Apa bolih dilakukan untuk cuba hamil.?

Saya cadangkan satu kaedah yang digelar 'Self Insemination' - satu cara permanian 
yang dilakukan olih pasangan suami isteri sendiri tanpa bantuan doktor.

1. Bila datang haid . Makan ubat subur clomid 2 biji setiap malam selama 5 malam berturut2
    mulai hari kedua haid.
Jika haid jarang datang sebab PCOS makan Norculut 2 biji 2 kali sehari - sarapan dan 
makan malam - selama 10 hari. Haid akan datang 3 - 4 hari lepas habis norculut. 
Makan clomid 4 biji setiap malam selama 5 malam. Beli clomid dari klinik saya atau farmasi.

2. Ovulation Test kit (5 ujian). Ujian air kencing untuk kesan waktu subur dimulakan pada 
hari ke10 bagi pusingan haid 28 - 30 hari dan hari ke14 bagi pengidap PCOS. 
Beli ovulation test kit dari klinik saya atau farmasi.
Buat ujian setiap hari hingga jalur ujian sama warna dengan jalur control (positif) .
Bila positif ovulation atau pematangan telor akan berlaku 24 - 48 jam selepas itu - 
esok atau lusa. Mula self insemination esok.

3. Cara lakukan self insemination (DIY). Beli beberapa 3 cc/ml syringe plastik 
(disposable sterile). Beli 10 - 20 syringe 3cc simpan untuk kegunaan masa depan.

Perlu bekas sterile untuk tadah air mani suami yang dikeluarkan secara mastubasi.
Sebaiknya jangan bersetubuh selama 3 hari sebelum insemination.

Setelah dapat air mani suami, biarkan ia cair selama 1-2 jam. 
Lepas itu sedut 2-3 cc/ml air mani yang cair kedalam syringe.

Wanita baring  dan suntikan air mani kedalam faraj dengan masukkan keseluruhan syringe 
dan tolak plungger. Bolih buat sendiri atau olih suami. 
Baring selama 2 jam dengan bantal dibawah ponggong. Prosedur tak sakit kerana 
saiz syringe adalah kecil.  jika pintu faraj sempit pelincir KY jelly bolih digunakan.

Perlu buat 2 kali self insemination untuk setiap pusingan haid. 
Esoknya lepas ujian positif dan 2 hari kemudiannya.

Peralatan dan ubat2 clomid serta norculut bolih dibeli dari klinik saya atau farmasi terdekat.


Leaky Gut Syndrome

Leaky gut can be a difficult diagnosis to establish for a number of reasons: It's associated with a wide range of seemingly unconnected symptoms; it has a lot of different causes; there's no specific test to confirm it; and evidence tying it to other conditions can be murky. As a result, there’s a fair amount of skepticism in the mainstream medical community about the legitimacy of leaky gut as a diagnosis. But as the evidence that this is indeed a real and recognizable condition grows, opinions are slowly changing. That's a good thing, because leaky gut is likely to emerge as one of the most significant medical concepts of our time.

How Leaky Gut Affects You
Our digestive lining serves an important barrier function. It's like a net with very small holes that allows only certain substances that are small enough to go through, while keeping out larger undesirable particles. With leaky gut, also known as increased intestinal permeability, the net becomes damaged, resulting in bigger holes that allow more things to pass through that ordinarily couldn’t.

The barrier function becomes compromised, so that bacteria, viruses, undigested food particles and toxic waste products can leak from the inside of your intestines through the damaged digestive lining into your bloodstream, where they're transported throughout your body and can trigger your immune system to react. The end result is inflammation in various parts of your body, leading to a wide variety of symptoms like bloating, cramps, fatigue, food sensitivities, flushing, achy joints, headache and rashes.

With leaky gut not only is the digestive lining more porous and less selective about what can get in, but normal absorption can also be affected. Nutritional deficiencies may develop as a result of damage to the villi - the finger-like projections in the small intestine that are responsible for absorbing nutrients.
Multiple food sensitivities are another hallmark of leaky gut, because partially digested particles of protein and fat may leak through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream and cause an allergic response. 
Increased intestinal permeability may potentially cause or worsen a number of other conditions, including Celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD, which includes Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), arthritis, psoriasis, eczema and asthma.
So what causes increased intestinal permeability? There's still much to be learned, but diet, chronic stress, certain medications and bacterial imbalance seem to play important roles. 
Eating a diet high in refined sugar can lead to overgrowth of yeast species, which has been associated with leaky gut. Preservatives and chemicals in processed foods can damage the lining, and so can consumption of gluten – a protein found in wheat, rye and barley.
Chronic stress can lead to a weakened immune system, affecting your ability to fight off invading bacteria and viruses and worsening the symptoms of leaky gut. Medications like aspirin and non-steroidal anti inflammatories (NSAIDs) that can damage the lining of your gut, as well as antibiotics that kill off your essential good bacteria are also associated with increased intestinal permeability. In fact, an imbalance between beneficial and harmful species in your gut called dysbiosis is one of the leading theories about what causes increased intestinal permeability. Excessive alcohol consumption, infection with parasites, radiation and chemotherapy can damage the lining of the intestine and are also risk factors.
In addition to bloating and digestive distress, a lot of the patients I see with leaky gut have a combination of other symptoms like food allergies, chronic sinus infections, achy joints, fatigue, brain fog or unexplained rashes. Typically they’ve been to multiple doctors trying to make sense of their symptoms, and conventional tests and imaging studies have been unrevealing. There can be a feeling of hopelessness and despair, because the symptoms seem so unrelated.
When you think of leaky gut not so much as a disease, but as a mechanism by which a number of different conditions can develop, it starts to make sense. A leaky gut is the pathway for how toxins enter the body through the GI tract and create all kinds of mayhem once they're in, sort of like party crashers who slip through security and proceed to make a mess of the venue.
What Tests Are Available for Leaky Gut?
Leaky gut is a clinical diagnosis, and while there's no specific test that can tell you with 100% certainty that you have it, a positive Intestinal Permeability Test is strongly associated with the condition. This test measures the ability of two non-metabolized sugar molecules – mannitol and lactulose – to get through the digestive lining.
Mannitol is a small molecule that normally passes through easily and serves as a marker of how well nutrients are being absorbed. Lactulose is a larger molecule that doesn't normally pass through very well and serves as a marker for whether there are large holes in the lining. To perform the test, the patient mixes pre-measured amounts of lactulose and mannitol and drinks it. The test measures the amount of lactulose and mannitol recovered in a 6-hour urine sample.
Low levels of both mannitol and lactulose indicate malabsorption. Elevated levels of both lactulose and mannitol suggest general increased intestinal permeability, consistent with leaky gut. Permeability to lactulose may be increased, suggesting leaky gut, while permeability to mannitol may be decreased, suggesting malabsorption of small molecules. The lactulose/mannitol ratio is a useful value; an elevated ratio indicates that the effective pore size of the gut lining has increased, allowing larger, possibly harmful molecules to gain access to the body.
Are There Any Solutions?
There’s no miracle cure for treating leaky gut, but there are things you can do if you’re suffering from it that can help heal inflammation and restore the integrity of your gut lining.
An anti-inflammatory diet that eliminates refined sugars, dairy, gluten, alcohol and artificial sweeteners – some of the biggest offenders when it comes to inflammation – can be very helpful. Consuming lots of anti-inflammatory essential fatty acids in fish and nuts, and filling up on green leafy vegetables, high-fiber and fermented foods that help to promote the growth of good bacteria is also crucial.
A robust probiotic that contains large amounts of good bacteria can help heal a damaged intestinal lining by restoring balance in the gut flora.

Supplements like glutamine have been shown in some studies to help with intestinal injury after chemotherapy and radiation and may be beneficial in leaky gut.
Most people will notice improvement within 6 weeks, although it may take several months and even years to heal a damaged intestinal lining in extreme cases of leaky gut. Because we’re still learning about leaky gut, many of the treatment guidelines are drawn more from anecdotal observation than from rigorous scientific studies. But they’re sensible recommendations that can lead to improvements in your overall health, whether or not you have increased intestinal permeability.
Leaky gut is one of those diagnoses that bridges the gap between conventional and alternative medicine, between what we can see and touch and what we can feel in our bodies. I refuse to believe that the hundreds of patients I see in my office with unusual and seemingly unrelated complaints are crazy, or just stressed out.
I believe them when they say they feel like they're being poisoned, or that they think there's a connection between all their symptoms, even though they don't know what it is. My hunch is that as our knowledge grows, the theories behind leaky gut will become the foundation for lots of diseases that are widely prevalent in our society, and millions of people will be in a better position to find relief from their suffering.

Puasa Syariat adalah menahan diri dari makan dan minum, dan dari berhubungan suami isteri di siang hari. Sedangkan Puasa Thoriqoh itu, mengekang seluruh tubuhnya dari hal-hal yang diharamkan, dilarang dan dicela, seperti ujub, takabur, bakhil dan sebagainya secara lahir maupun batin. Kerana semua itu boleh membatalkan puasa thoriqoh.
Puasa syariat itu ada batas waktunya. Sedangkan Puasa thoriqoh senantiasa abadi tak terbatas seumur hidupnya. Itulah yang disabdakan oleh Rasulullah saw:
“Betapa banyak orang berpuasa tetapi puasanya tidak lebih melainkan hanya rasa lapar…” (Hr. Ibnu Majah dan Al-Hakim).
Kerana itu disebutkan, betapa banyak orang berpuasa tetapi ia justru berbuka, dan betapa banyak orang yang berbuka (tidak puasa) namun ia berpuasa. Yakni menahan anggota badannya dari dosa-dosa, menahan diri dari menyakiti manusia secara zahir/batin, seperti firman Allah Ta’ala dalam hadits Qudsy: 
“Puasa itu untuk Ku dan Aku sendiri yang membalas pahala puasa.” (Hr. Bukhori)

“Bagi orang yang berpuasa mendapatkan dua kegembiraan: kegembiraan ketika berbuka, dan kegembiraan ketika memandang Keindahan Ku.”
Bagi Ulama syariat dimaksud dengan berbuka adalah makan ketika matahari maghrib, dan melihat bulan  di malam Idul Fitri. Sedangkan ahli thoriqoh menegaskan bahawa berbuka itu akan diraih ketika masuk syurga dengan memakan kenikmatan syurga, dan kegembiraan ketika memandang Allah swt. Yaitu ketika bertemu dengan Allah Ta’ala di hari qiyamat nanti, dengan pandangan rahasia batin secara nyata.
Sedangkan Puasa Hakikat adalah puasa menahan hati paling dalam dari segala hal selain Allah Ta’ala, menahan rahasia batin (sirr) dari mencintai memandang selain Allah Ta’ala seperti disampaikan dalam hadits Qudsy: 
“Manusia itu rahsiaKu dan Aku rahsianya.”
Rahsia itu bermula dari Nurnya Allah swt, hingga ia tidak berpaling selain Allah Ta’ala. Selain Allah Ta’ala, tidak ada yang dicintai atau disukai dan tak ada yang dicari baik di dunia maupun di akhirat.
Bila terjadi rasa cinta kepada selain Allah gugurlah puasa hakikatnya. Ia harus segera mengqodho puasanya, yaitu dengan cara kembali kepada Allah swt dan bertemu denganNya. Sebab balasan Puasa Hakikat adalah bertemu Allah Ta’ala di akhirat.


The Key to Success – The Present Moment

We all desire that one quick key to success.  The key to happiness, bliss, financial prosperity, successful relationships, and the alleviation of suffering.  What if I told you, there was no key?  Throw away that thought.  There is nothing you have to obtain for any of these things.  The solution to all your problems is already within you now and can be accessed through the practice of one simple exercise: meditation.

We often forget our true nature due to the activity of the mind, but it is nevertheless there waiting to be discovered by you in the present moment.  As we all know from personal experience, the vast majority of our internal suffering is generated by our thoughts.

Take a moment to quiet everything down.  Meditation allows consciousness to marinate in itself by bringing to attention the present moment, the only time that actually exists.  This is where success ultimately lies.  Success can only be understood in terms of what is happening, and the only thing that is happening is the present moment.

Often times, we cause ourselves stress, anxiety, and panic over stuff that may occur in the future or events that have taken place in the past.  The past only exists as a thought, and the future only exists as potential.  Does it make sense to stress ourselves out and react to something which we know to be non-existent?  To be anxious, fearful, or stressed out over something which does not exist is known as insanity or schizophrenia in the medical community.  Bring the attention back to the present moment, and in this awareness true success be obtained.  But what kinds of success can meditation lead to?

Finding peace and stillness within yourself is crucial to your body’s health. 90% of all diseases and illnesses are either caused or aggravated by stress, and meditation is a great way to restore balance in your body.
A new study from the American Heart Association shows that regular meditation was correlated with a 48% reduced risk of heart attack and stroke and even a trend towards reduced smoking.

“It appears that Transcendental Meditation is a technique that turns on the body’s own pharmacy – to repair and maintain itself.” said lead researcher Dr. Robert Schneider.  “The research on Transcendental Meditation and cardiovascular disease is established well enough that doctors may safely and routinely prescribe stress reduction for their patients with this easy to implement, standardized and practical programme.” The study proved meditating 20 minutes twice a day can cut your chances of heart attack, and stroke in half immediately.

What man-mad pill can do that?  Meditation has also been proven to cultivate healthy habits that lead to weight loss, lower blood pressure, improve digestion, decrease physical pain, boost your immune system, reduce your chance of cardiovascular disease, treat headaches, and even improve your sex-life just to name a few.

The mental benefits of meditation are even more striking.  A study from Harvard in 2006 found that meditation actually increases the size of your brain.  It also is scientifically proven to boost your creativity, increase brain wave coherence, increase your IQ, and improve mental focus, attention, memory and concentration.  In other words, you don’t need to spend money on ADHD medication for yourself of your children.

Meditation also trains us to be compassionate by increasing the activity of the insula in the brain, the part of your brain responsible for processing empathy and perceiving the emotional states of others. This study from the University of Wisconsin-Madison proves that meditation actually trains your brain to be kind to other people and understand them compassionately.

“To varying degrees, meditation has been shown to benefit patients with hypertension, chronic pain, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, cancer, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.”  – Aditi Nerurkar, M.D., Harvard.  Which would you chose, meditation or medication?  Simply put, meditation is something that can dramatically alter your life for the better.  It can replace your medications, improve your relationships with the people around, and bring you to a state of inner peace and tranquility.
