Solat, Cakra dan Warna Alam

Salam semua.

1st Chakra: Base or Root Chakra
Located at the base of the spine.
function: Earth, survival, grounding, stillness
colour: red

2nd Chakra: Spleen
Located just beneath the navel, and related to our sexual and reproductive capacity.
Blockage manifests as emotional problems or sexual guilt.
colour: orange

3rd Chakra: Solar Plexis
Seat of Emotions. Gives us a sense of personal power in the world. Blockage manifests as anger or a sense of victimization.
colour: yellow

4th Chakra: Heart Chakra
Blockage can manifest as immune system or heart problems, or a lack of compassion.
colour: green

5th Chakra: Throat
Tied to creativity and communication. Feels pressure when you are not communicating your emotions properly.
colour: blue

6th Chakra: Third Eye
function:Clairvoyance, psychic abilities, imagination, dreaming
colour: indigo

7th Chakra : Crown
Connects you with message from higher realms.
function: spiritual connection, understanding, knowing, bliss, God
colour: purple

The Science of Miracles and the Power of Prayer

I find it quite exciting that science and spirituality are now coming together.

It is beginning to look like the ancient humans were right about how the universe works—it just took science a while to catch up.

In the above video, Gregg Braden discusses the first of three experiments about the newly “discovered” web of energy that surrounds and occupies us all. The two other experiments he mentioned are even more compelling and should draw the attention of even the most skeptical minds.

Experiment #2: Connections Beyond of Time and Space

The second group of experiments was actually done by the military. They collected leukocytes (white blood cells) from donors and placed them into chambers so that their electrical charges could be measured. Then the donor was placed in a different room in the same building as the chamber containing his DNA. He was then subjected to emotional stimulation, using video clips.

Both the donor and his DNA were monitored for their electrical responses.

As the donor exhibited emotional peaks or valleys, the DNA exhibited electrical responses at the same time. There was no lag time—no transition time. The matches were exact and instantaneous.

The experiment was repeated at longer distances between donor and DNA, up to 50 miles. In every case, the donor and his DNA showed the same effect, simultaneously.

What can this mean?

Gregg Braden’s interpretation is:

“Living cells communicate through a previously unrecognized form of energy that is not affected by time or distance. This is a non-local form of energy that already exists everywhere, all the time.”

Experiment #3: Connection through Emotions

The third experiment was done by the Institute of Heartmath, and it involved human placental DNA, which is the most pristine form of DNA. It was again placed into a container from which they could measure its changes.

Twenty-eight vials of DNA were given to 28 researchers, who were specially trained in how to generate and feel strong emotions on demand. The results were astounding.

Each DNA sample changed shape according to its researcher’s feelings:

When the researchers felt love, joy, and gratitude, the DNA responded by relaxing: the strands unwound and actually lengthened.

When the researchers felt anger, fear, frustration, or stress, the DNA tightened up, became shorter, and even switched off many of its codes!

When the researchers felt love, joy, and gratitude again, the codes switched back on.

The experiment was later followed up by testing HIV-positive patients. Here, researchers discovered that feelings of love, joy and gratitude resulted in the HIV patients becoming 300,000 times more resistant to the virus than when they were not feeling these emotions.

What Does This Mean For Your Health?

The implications of this are staggering!

Think about it.

If your DNA can affect all of the energy around you, what could you potentially create in your life if you zero in on the things you truly want?

The possibilities are limitless…

-No matter what viruses or bacteria are floating around you, you can stay well by staying in positive feelings such as of love, joy and gratitude.

-You can stay safe and grounded, regardless of your external situation.

-You have the ultimate power to create the health you want.

-You can enhance your relationships without “doing” anything.

-You can attract anything you desire, as long as you stay in the right emotional state.

Healing the Broken Brain Syndrome

In an exclusive interview with Life Extension magazine, Dr. Hyman, who is the founder and medical director of the UltraWellness Center in Lenox, Massachusetts, talks about his remarkable findings. He explains how problems of the brain, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disease, attention deficit disorder (ADD), Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and mood swings can be prevented, improved, or even cured by his innovative program of diet, nutritional supplements, exercise, meditation, and lifestyle changes. Dr. Hyman’s findings are a harbinger of a new approach to dealing with what he calls “broken brains,” representing a more natural, healthy, and effective method that might one day make traditional psychiatric medication and treatment obsolete.

Why Functional Medicine?

Referring to the widespread incidence and exorbitant cost of treating mental disorders, Dr. Hyman explains that, “Functional medicine is a map or model for addressing a chronic disease epidemic which affects over half of Americans and costs 80% of our health care dollars.” He says that while conventional methods are effective for acute illness, they simply do not do the job with chronic disease.
“We need to change access to health care and create improved coverage for our population,” he adds, “But we have to change the type of health care we have access to.”
Dr. Hyman says that functional medicine grows out of Western science and predicts, “It will reinvigorate primary care medicine and provide success, where today there is mostly failure, in addressing the epidemic of chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, obesity, autoimmune disease, digestive problems, and brain and mood disorders.”
He does not reject scientific medicine and, in fact, the future of scientific medicine is functional medicine. Dr. Hyman also distinguishes functional medicine from alternative or integrative medicine.
The key difference lies in functional medicine’s focus on finding the root causes of an individual’s health problems, as opposed to a focus on prescribing alternative treatments such as acupuncture or biofeedback for conventional symptom-based diagnoses.

The aim, he says, “Is to navigate through the maze of chronic disease and understand the very few basic things that can go wrong, that can cause a myriad of symptoms and be easily corrected by addressing the root. So if you have depression because you have a vitamin B12 deficiency, or you have a food allergy or you have mercury poisoning or your thyroid is not functioning properly or you’ve had some psychological trauma, each one of these things is different and needs a different treatment.”

The Epidemic of Emotional Disorders and Their Causes

“We have 1.1 billion people in the world with mood problems or cognitive disorders,” explains Dr. Hyman. “One in 10 Americans is on antidepressants, one in 10 children are on stimulant medication, and one in four people will be affected by major depression during their lifetime. Today, we have a chance to fundamentally address the causes. This has never really been possible before, because we never understood how biology works and how it all fits together.”
As he explains in The UltraMind Solution,
“There are only a few, common underlying mechanisms responsible for all disease. Our diet is becoming increasingly toxic, our environment is increasingly toxic, we have significant nutritional imbalances and deficiencies, and we’re under constant stress.
The results weigh on us day after day after day.” He adds that while we cannot escape exposure to all environmental toxins, we can avoid many in food, water, and pesticides.
“The average person consumes a gallon of neurotoxic pesticides a year,” Dr. Hyman remarks, “And there are 3,500 different additives put into our food supply.”

In his new book, he explains that the old idea that the blood-brain barrier acts as an impenetrable shield against harmful elements is no longer sufficient. “What I found,” he says, “Much to my surprise, was that when I treated people for problems with insulin, or when I treated food allergies or when I got people detoxed from heavy metals, their mental problems also went away. Their mood got better, their depression lifted, their dementia reversed. There were children with autism who began to talk again and others I treated for asthma or allergies who suddenly found their attention deficit disorder (ADD) went away. They went from having brain chaos to having healthy inner brain function. And I said, ‘Wow, what’s going on here?’”

Does Everyone Need Supplements?

Dr. Hyman writes that if people “eat wild, fresh, organic, local, non-genetically modified food grown in virgin mineral- and nutrient-rich soils that has not been transported across vast distances and stored for months before being eaten... and work and live outside, breathe only fresh unpolluted air, drink only pure, clean water, sleep nine hours a night, move their bodies every day, and are free from chronic stressors and exposure to environmental toxins,” then, perhaps, they might not need supplements.

For the rest of us, whom he considers to be all of us, supplements are an absolute necessity. His book lists daily nutrients that he considers basic for everyone, including vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, carotenoids, biotin, choline, and inositol; macrominerals calcium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and sulfur; trace minerals copper, iodine, iron, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, vanadium, zinc, boron, chromium, and silicon; essential amino acids tryptophan, meth-ionine, phenylalanine, threonine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, and lysine; and essential fatty acids linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), alpha-linoleic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
“Think of nutrients as fertilizer for your brain,” Dr. Hyman says. “Think of them as little helpers that improve communications and connections.” He believes that approximately 80% of us will do well and maintain a healthy brain on basic supplements (combined with a healthy lifestyle and diet), including a high-quality multivitamin; calcium and magnesium; vitamin D3, omega-3 fatty acids; probiotics; and the methylation factors folic acid, B6, and B12.

Better Diet, Better Brain

Dr. Hyman has a simple two-fold approach for improving both brain and body: take out the bad stuff and put in the good stuff. He pinpoints a few dietary elements as causes of major mental and physical problems, urging us to eliminate them from our menu: gluten and dairy, which he calls “staples of our American diet;” sugar and high-fructose corn syrup; trans or hydrogenated fats, which he calls “markers of poor quality food;” and artificial sweeteners.

“Hidden food allergies are a major unrecognized epidemic in the twenty-first century,” he asserts, adding that most of us fail to make the connection between what we eat and what we feel.
“Optimal nutrition is the most important factor in keeping your brain healthy,” says Dr. Hyman. “Feeding your brain is not something most of us know how to do.” He explains that most doctors know little or nothing about proper nutrition, something that is slowly beginning to change, as it becomes more evident that “vitamins and minerals are so essential for brain function and health.”
Pinpointing carbohydrates as “the single most important food for long-term health and brain function,” Dr. Hyman advises eating “real, whole food as it comes from the earth,” including fresh vegetables, fruit, beans, whole grains, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices, and lean animal protein such as fish, chicken, and eggs.
Ideally, should we eat only organic food? “It’s preferable,” he responds, “But not necessary. If it’s a choice of eating organic or getting off gluten and dairy, get off the gluten and dairy.” He also advises eating food that is as low as possible in pesticides, and recommends checking the website of the Environmental Working Group (http://www.lef.org/www.ewg.org), which lists the latest figures on amounts of pesticides in foods.

Important Lifestyle Factors

As part of his program, Dr. Hyman emphasizes the need to confront the harm that daily stress does to our minds and bodies (which includes increasing levels of cortisol), and to be proactive in diminishing this contributor to “broken brains.” He mentions the importance of a good night’s sleep, noting findings that Americans are sleep-deprived, which can have a powerful effect on brain function. As an example, he points to indicated links between sleep deprivation and Alzheimer’s disease.

'He also recommends regular meditation, which improves mood and cognitive function, yoga, deep breathing, laughter therapy, biofeedback, making love, hypnosis, and exercise, and advises everyone to do at least one every day'.

Staying Young

Balancing hormones is also a part of Dr. Hyman’s program. He notes that in the US, there are three big epidemics of hormonal imbalance: too much insulin (from sugar intake); too much cortisol and adrenaline (from stress); and not enough thyroid hormone. He says that all three interconnect and affect our sex hormones.
“I believe that most of the symptoms of aging we see are really symptoms of abnormal aging or dysfunction that are related to imbalances in our core body systems,” he concludes. Dr. Hyman recommends bioidentical hormones, which he says can be “life-saving” when used correctly.

How the Doctor Stays Well

As a physician who is strongly motivated to solve medical puzzles, Dr. Hyman has paid close attention to his own health since his bout with mercury poisoning. “I have the unique benefit of knowing my particular genetic potholes,” he says, “And I also know I had chronic fatigue and work very hard, so I take a number of supplements to help me deal with that.”
Dr. Hyman’s personal supplement program includes the following:

-Multivitamin
-Fish oil
-Vitamin D3
-Magnesium
-Coenzyme Q10
-Acetyl-L-carnitine
-Methylating nutrients (such as vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid).

Dr. Hyman’s overall wellness plan? “I keep my gut healthy, keep myself free of toxins, and keep my mitochondria healthy. I exercise at least four or five times a week, get enough sleep, eat whole, real food, keep my sugar intake at a minimum, enjoy alcohol as a treat once in a while, and make sure I hit the pause button every day or two.”

A Life With Goals

In his book-The UltraMind Solution, Dr. Hyman writes, “My goal for all of you is to live your life as you were meant to live it—a life full of energy, vitality, pleasure, and happiness.” Noting that, “The brain is not disconnected from the rest of the body as many practitioners of conventional medicine would have you believe,” he hopes to change the way we treat mental problems and help us realize that the causes often lie in places where we haven’t been looking: our diet, nutrient deficiencies, and toxins that have invaded our bodies.

You can talk to water!

Masaru Emoto born July 22, 1943, is a Japanese author known for his controversial claim that if human speech or thoughts are directed at water droplets before they are frozen, images of the resulting water crystals will be beautiful or ugly depending upon whether the words or thoughts were positive or negative. Emoto claims this can be achieved through prayer, music or by attaching written words to a container of water.

Since 1999 Emoto has published several volumes of a work titled Messages from Water, which contains photographs of water crystals next to essays and "words of intent."

Emoto's water crystal experiments consist of exposing water in glasses to different words, pictures, or music, and then freezing and examining the aesthetics of the resulting crystals with microscopic photography.

The Amazing Human Brain..

The human brain has amazed and baffled people throughout the ages. Some scientists and researchers have devoted their entire lives to learning how the brain works. Here are some facts about your brain.

Physical Attributes
  • The weight of your brain is about 3 pounds.

  • Your skin weighs twice as much as your brain.

  • Your brain is made up of about 75 percent water.Your brain consists of about 100 billion neurons.

  • There are anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 synapses for each neuron.

  • There are no pain receptors in your brain, so your brain can feel no pain.

  • There are 100,000 miles of blood vessels in your brain.

  • Your brain is the fattest organ in your body and may consists of at least 60 percent fat.

The Developing Brain

  • At birth, your brain was almost the same size as an adult brain and contained most of the brain cells for your whole life.

  • A newborn baby’s brain grows about three times its size in the first year.

  • Humans continue to make new neurons throughout life in response to mental activity.

  • The first sense to develop while in utero is the sense of touch.

  • The lips and cheeks can experience touch at about 8 weeks and the rest of the body around 12 weeks.

Brain Function

  • Your brain uses 20 percent of the total oxygen in your body.

  • If your brain loses blood for 8 to 10 seconds, you will lose consciousness.

  • While awake, your brain generates between 10 and 23 watts of power -- or enough energy to power a light bulb.

  • The old adage of humans only using 10% of their brain is not true. Every part of the brain has a known function.

  • The brain can live for 4 to 6 minutes without oxygen, and then it begins to die. No oxygen for 5 to 10 minutes will result in permanent brain damage.

  • A study of 1 million students in New York showed that students who ate lunches that did not include artificial flavors, preservatives, and dyes did 14 percent better on IQ tests than students who ate lunches with these additives.

Psychology of Your Brain

  • You can’t tickle yourself because your brain distinguishes between unexpected external touch and your own touch.

  • There is a class of people known as supertasters who not only have more taste buds on their tongue, but whose brain is more sensitive to the tastes of foods and drinks. In fact, they can detect some flavors that others cannot.

  • The connection between body and mind is a strong one. One estimate is that between 50-70 percent of visits to the doctor for physical ailments are attributed to psychological factors.

Memory

  • Every time you recall a memory or have a new thought, you are creating a new connection in your brain.

  • Memories triggered by scent have a stronger emotional connection, and therefore appear more intense than other memory triggers.

  • While you sleep at night may be the best time for your brain to consolidate all your memories from the day. Lack of sleep may actually hurt your ability to create new memories.

Dreams and Sleep

  • Most people dream about 1-2 hours a night and have an average of 4-7 dreams each night.

  • Studies show that brain waves are more active while dreaming than when you are awake.

  • Some people (about 12 percent) dream only in black and white while others dream in color. While you sleep, your body produces a hormone that may prevent you from acting out your dreams, leaving you virtually paralyzed.

How to Keep Your Brain Healthy: Nine Essential TipsA healthy lifestyle can help protect, nourish, and revitalize your brain. This includes:

1. Taking omega-3 fats. The omega -3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) keep the dopamine levels in your brain high, increase neuronal growth in the frontal cortex of your brain, and increase cerebral circulation. Krill oil is an excellent source of omega-3, and may even be superior to fish oil.

2. Exercising. Exercise may encourage your brain to work at optimum capacity by causing nerve cells to multiply, strengthening their interconnections and protecting them from damage.

3. Sleeping well. It’s during sleep that your mental energy is restored, and a lack of sleep may cause your brain to stop producing new cells.

4. Eating healthy. Like the rest of your body, your brain depends on healthy foods to function. While protein is the main source of fuel for your brain, vitamins and minerals from fresh veggies are also important, as is limiting sugar.

5. Getting out into the sun. This will help you maintain optimal vitamin D levels. Scientists are now beginning to realize vitamin D is involved in maintaining the health of your brain, as they’ve recently discovered vitamin D receptors in the brain, spinal cord, and central nervous system. There’s even evidence indicating vitamin D improves your brain’s detoxification process. For children and pregnant women, getting enough vitamin D is especially crucial, as it may play a major role in protecting infants' brains from autism.

6. Turning off the TV. Allowing children under the age of 3 to watch television can impair their linguistic and social development, and it can affect your brain chemistry as well.

7. Protecting your brain from cell phones. Recent studies have found that cell phone users are 240 percent more prone to brain tumors, and a study back in 2004 found that your risk of acoustic neuroma (a tumor on your auditory nerve) was nearly four times greater on the side of your head where your phone was most frequently held.

8. Challenging your brain. Mind-training exercises can keep your brain fit as you age. This can be something as simple as searching for famous people whose first names begin with the letter A, doing crossword puzzles or playing board games that get you thinking.

9. Avoiding foods that contain artificial sweeteners and additives. Substances such as aspartame (Nutrasweet) and MSG, which are common in processed foods, can damage your brain. For instance, consuming a lot of aspartame may inhibit the ability of enzymes in your brain to function normally, and high doses of the sweetener may lead to neurodegeneration. You may notice that all of these things will help not only your brain but also your entire body. So being good to your brain means enjoying better health from head to toe!

The Art & Science of Aromatherapy

What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy means "treatment using scents". It is a holistic treatment of caring for the body with pleasant smelling botanical oils such as rose, lemon, lavender and peppermint. The essential oils are added to the bath or massaged into the skin, inhaled directly or diffused to scent an entire room. Aromatherapy is used for the relief of pain, care for the skin, alleviate tension and fatigue and invigorate the entire body. Essential oils can affect the mood, alleviate fatigue, reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. When inhaled, they work on the brain and nervous system through stimulation of the olfactory nerves. read further

History of aromatherapy

Aromatherapy had been around for 6000 years or more. The Greeks, Romans, and ancient Egyptians all used aromatherapy oils. The Egyptian physician Imhotep recommended fragrant oils for bathing, massage, and for embalming their dead nearly 6000 years ago. Imhotep is the Egyptian god of medicine and healing. Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, used aromatherapy baths and scented massage. He used aromatic fumigations to rid Athens of the plague. read further

Studies with brain wave frequency has shown that smelling lavender increases alpha waves in the back of the head, which are associated with relaxation. Fragrance of Jasmine increases beta waves in the front of the head, which are associated with a more alert state. read further

Results of Clinical Studies

Aromatherapy is particularly effective for stress, anxiety, and psychosomatic induced problems, muscular and rheumatic pains, digestive disorders and women's problems, such as PMS, menopausal complaints and postnatal depression. Here is a summary of the results from clinical studies. read further

Secrets of The Millionaire Mind

I must say T Harv Eker's book-'Secrets of The Millionaire Mind' is one of the best book I've read on self development. Though his focus is more on wealth, I found that the ideas also could be applied if one looking to attain holistic health!

The Four Quadrants

One of the most important things you can ever understand is that we do not live on only one plane of existance. We live in at least four different realms at once.

These 4 quadrants are the physical world, the mental world, the emotional world and the spiritual world

What most people never realize is that the physical realm is merely the 'printout' of the other three

What we need to realize is that the physical world (the 'printout') cannot be changed. We can only change the 'program' ie the mental, emotional and spiritual worlds.

Money is a result, wealth is a result, health is a result, illness is a result, your weight is a result. We live in a world of cause and effect!

Always remember that your outer world is simply a reflection of your inner world. If things are'nt going well in your life, it's because things are'nt going well in your inner life. It's that simple.

If you want to get cured from your illness (such as terminal cancer), then merely treating your physical world ( with drugs, supplements, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy etc etc) would do not much changes. Instead, you should strenghten your mental, spiritual and emotional first, and along the course of the treatment..

Declarations: A Powerful Secret for Change

Declaration is "to state an official intention to undertake a particular course of action or adopt a particular status"

By making a declaration (aloud), we are sending an energy to the universe, at the same time, we send message to the subconcious mind. According to law of attraction, we'll get the more of the energy

An example of declaration

Place your hand on your heart and repeat the following:

'My inner world creates my outer world'

Now touch your head and say..

'I have a perfect health'

Do it everyday (preferably in front of mirror) and see how it can transform your life in 30 days. As a Muslim, this is also part of 'doa' to our Creator. You can combine with other 'mind therapy' such as affirmation, visualisation, meditation etc. I believe it will give tremendous positive effects.

Creative Visualisation

That day, I was discussing with Miss A, who's sister is sufferring from uterine cancer. what I suggest to Miss A was..her sister should practice meditation with visualisation and everyday

This will activate her subconcious mind to find ways to get cured from the disease!

enjoy this video about meditation and visualisation!

Secrets of the Ninja

Nope! this site is not about teaching martial arts!

I just wanna prove that how properly trained minds could create 'unimaginary' results.
Japanese television serials, movies and comic books continue to propagate the mythical nature of the Ninja, presenting tales of superhumans who could engage occult powers to accomplish their desires.
The true story of the Ninja is an inspiration for us all in contemporary society.
From the knowledge of the Ninja, we can derive our own concepts of personal power and control over the quality of our lives. We can discover techniques for opening our consciousness and attuning our actions to the truth of the heart.

Ninja Facts

Kuji-in is the spiritual and mental strength the ninja possessed in the form of hand signs. These hand signs were believed to be able to channel energy. The hand signs were taken from the practices of the early Buddhists.

The Kuji-in was used to build confidence and strength in the ninja. It was also believed to enhance the senses of danger and foresee death for the ninja.
In Kuji-in the thumb represents the source of power (Ku), and the fingers represent the four elemental manifestations. They are Chi (earth - solids), Sui (water - liquids), Ka (fire - combustion) and Fu (wind - gases).
There are 81 hand symbols, total, but there are 9 primary ones: Rin, Hei, Toh, Sha, Kai, Jin, Retsu, Zai, and Zen.

Each symbol invokes different strengths and abilities in a trained ninja.

-Rin brings strength to the mind and body;
-Hei generates psychic power in order to mask one's presence;
-Toh enables the ninja to reach a balance between the solid and liquid states of the body, which leads to a greater harmony with the universe;
-Sha is used to heal oneself or another; Kai gives complete control over the body's functions, enabling one to slow the heart rate, endure extreme heat and cold, etc.
-Jin increases the mind's telepathic powers, giving a highly trained Ninja the ability to read the character of another;
-Retsu gives telekinetic powers, enabling a ninja to stun an opponent with a shout or touch.
-Zai extends the harmony gained by merging with the universe.
-Zen brings enlightenment and understanding.

These symbols take an entire lifetime to truly master!.

Women played a very important roll in the ninja clans of the past. Known as Kunoichi, the female ninja could often use their own femininity to get very close to the enemy.
Using psychological warfare and mind manipulation as weapons, the kunoichi could get in close enough to poison the victim without leaving a trace.

Kunoichi were trained in a variety of weapons, similar to the ninja, but because of the different situations they would face some smaller close range weapons were used more often.

Weapons like blinding powders, poisons, daggers, rope and even the fan were often carried because they could be used at close range and would be easy to transport without notice.

Imagine a young woman crying, and how it would make you feel. You'd probably want to try to help her, and maybe even offer her some assistance. This is just one example of how the kunoichi could trick someone into walking right into a trap, a very powerful weapon.

The clothing worn by the kunoichi depended on the situation, maybe it called for no clothes, who knows?

Diabetes Treatment-The Holistic Approach

For the past 2 weeks, my articles posted were all related to diabetes, which is one of the most important topic discussed among health care providers worldwide

Now let's see how we're going to put all the pieces together-ie holistic a.k.a body-mind-spirit treatment of diabetes

Outline of treatment

Basically,treatment regime comprises of :

1) 'Detox': mind, body & spirit

2) Strengthening: mind, body & spirit

3) Reprogramming: mind, body & spirit

Let's elaborate one by one..

1)- 'Detox'

-means get rid of the toxins. it's like 'reformatting the computer', and new softwares will be 'reinstalled'

'Detoxifying' the mind means to get rid of the negative thoughts (eg I will not get cured from my diabetes until end of my life).this negative thoughts, if not 'detoxified', will weaken the subconcious mind from doing its miraculous job-self healing.

-Detox the body-using my recommended products-crystal energy and mega H and fibers

-Detox the spirit-using 'Pancaran Tenaga Rohani' & Reiki

2)-Strengthening:

-the mind -means encouraging the diabetic patients to involve themselves in 'self healing' and optimising their mind power.

-strengthening the body-using nutritional supplements such as lipoic acid, biotin, chromium, vanadium and herbs such as bitter melon, cinnamon, fenugreek etc. refer here. there are a few good supplement that contain most of the nutrients mentioned such as Glucosentials by Pahang Pharmacy

-Dont forget also to get enough sunlight which provides vitamin D sources (recommended-about 10 minutes exposure 3 times weekly)

-Get enough exercise -also to strengthen your body

-Strengthening the spirit-using methods such as acupressure, Reiki and Pancaran Tenaga Rohani (get back to me for further details)

3) Reprogramming:

The mind
-using affirmation technique (imprint to subconcious mind-"I'm in the process of getting cured from my diabetes"). affirmation is much more powerful if done during meditation. learn meditation technique here

-using visualisation technique
-imagine (during meditation) that you are already cured from diabetes with your spouse and children around living a healthy and joyful lives. feel the emotion and make it as if it already happened

The Body
-this is using the same nutritional supplements to get the body to normal function

The Spirit
-this is using special technique-'Pancaran Tenaga Rohani' (please contact me for further details)

I believe if the diabetics follow the above regime strictly as instructed, their disease will be reversed and they should'nt depend on drugs and insulin anymore!

The Power of Specific Goals

Whether you are seeking a true health, getting richer, happier or whatever-you must start with a specific goal. I found this article from Dr. Denis Waitley, a world renowned speaker and author is very interesting.please spend 10 minutes of reading this-it may change your life forever!

Dr. Denis Waitley

One of the major reasons so few people reach their goals is that most people are'nt specific enough when setting them. when we are too vague in setting our goals, our minds simply dismiss those goal as IRRELEVENT.the mind cannot begin to formulate the strategies and actions without specific information, and simply will not respond to vague requests to get rich, have more or do better, or make money.

So set a specific goal and then adjust and fine-tune it any way you wish.just make sure you keep progressing toward the goal no matter how many adjustments are required or how long it takes to accomplish it.

Here are five powers that will help you create more focused goals to achieve your dreams!

1.The Power of the POSITIVE

Your goals should be framed in positive terms. eg instead of focusing on "not being late" or "not being fat", you want to concentrate on images of achievement, such as "I'm on-time person", or "I am lean and in great shape".remember that your mind cannot differentiate on the reverse of an idea, so keep your goals framed in the positive

2. The Power of the PRESENT

Because our long-term memory stores information in real time, our goals should be framed as images of achievement in the present tense. If you say " I want to weigh 130 pounds by next summer," your long-term memory won't even consider working on the goal because it is so far away-it will simply dismiss it as something that come in the distant future.instead tell yourself,"I weigha lean, trim, healthy 130 pounds"

3.The Power of the PERSONAL

Your images of achievement must be your. I cannot stress this enough. They cannot be your spouse's goals or your friend's goal.No goal set for you by others will ever be sought with the same passion, effort, commitment, or motivation as the one you set for yourself

4.The Power of PRECISION

Make your images of achievement specific and precise. remember, when you talk about your goals in specific terms, you will rarely fail. a good way for you to determine if your images of achievement are focused enough is to simply ask yourself, " Can this goal be timed, checked, or measured?" If you cannot time, check or measure your performance, your goals are not specific enough.

5.The Power of the POSSIBLE

A formula that works well is that your goals should be just out of reach but not out of sight; your goals should be realistic, but not achievable by ordinary means.they should be broken down into small, incremental action steps.remember, the best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time. so set challenging, realistic goals with small, doable action steps

The mind is the most magnificient bio-computer ever created.but remember, like a computer,it only responds to specific instructions, not to vague ideas. get specific, and soon you will have a gold mine of motivation with which to create your success and fulfilment
