Everybody is talking about positive thinking.But do everybody know exactly what's meant by positive thinking?.Explanation given in the book above is very interesting..
As the old saying goes, you need to be careful about 'what you wish..because you just might get it'.(this also augurs well with law of attraction: 'you get back what you think/wish')

Remove all doubt, and eliminate about the things that you do not want!

If you think that 'you do not want to lose in a badminton game'.actually the picture in your subconcious mind is that YOU LOSE THE GAME. so rephrase it this way-
'I want to win the badminton game'. can you see the difference?
Your wonderful super 'biocomputer'

Your brain functions much like a computer. it operates on electrical energy. it can store information, which you can retrieve later.it can use the information that is available to it to solve problems.hence,you need to know how to operate your super 'biocomputer' in the correct mode.

MENTAL HOUSECLEANING
This is a good method to get rid all the negative thought.
Since your brain operates much like a computer, when you want to "delete" a negative thought from your brain, you will do the something similar to hitting the "cancel" button on a computer
You will say "cancel-cancel" to get rid of the negative thougt- the thought that you do not desire. then you will immediately replace it with a positive thought.
Those are the 2 steps involve in Mental Housecleaning,and it is important to do both. after an undesirable situation, immediately:
1-say "cancel-cancel" to cancel the negative thought. then..
2-replace it with a postive thought.
Examples:-
1-you think you will fail your exams. immediately say "cancel-cancel" and imagine you pass the exams with flying colours
2-you had lung cancer and think you will not get cured from it. say "cancel-cancel" and imagine you get back to normal health.
Help yourself forget. say "cancel-cancel" and immediately start thinking about what you want.

So practice, practice and practice.....
CREATE A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT....IN WHATEVER YOU THINK, DO, WISH,HOPE,PRAY...etc etc.....can we?
